Yan Xian Kai Chairman for the Board and Group Managing Director for BILLION GAIN ENTERPRISE PTE LTD, SEABRIDGE BUNKERING PTE LTD, BILSEA INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD and BUNKERBRIDGE PTE LTD. Yan has over 20 years of experiences in the shipping industry for ship chartering, ship-broking, ship bunkering and ship agency. Prior to establishing BILLION GAIN ENTERPRISE PTE LTD in 1994, Yan worked for SINOCHEM as a chartering executive and shipping manager. He ever worked in NOL office under a joint venture between SINOCHEM and NOL specializing in tanker operation and fixing. Yan holds a Bachelor of Economics degree in ocean shipping business and a Master of law degree in Maritime Law. He is a graduate of THLDL Executive Management program from Tsinghua University, CHINA, a GMP4 graduate from Harvard Business School, USA Peggy Liu Weipeng One of the board members and director for BILLION GAIN Enterprise Pte Ltd, BILSEA International Pte Ltd, SEABRIDGE BUNKERING Pte Ltd and BUNKERBRIDGE Ptd Ltd. Peggy is responsible for asphalt trading and shipping. Peggy has around 20 years' experiences in the shipping industry. Prior to establishing BILLIONGAIN in 1994, PEGGY worked under Stinnes Group Beijing office (head-quartered in Germany) and Sino Golden Shipping Pte Ltd, Singapore as a shipping executive. Peggy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Trade and English language as well as a Diploma in Management from Tsinghua University.
Chow Yim Ha
Ms Chow Yim Ha is the Vice President of the Group, overseeing Human Resources and Administration department for the Group and accoutant for BILLION GAIN Enterprise pte ltd.
She brings with her extensive experience in the trading and shipping industry with prior appointments as the Finance Manager in Timor Jaya Co. Ltd (Hong Kong Office) and Xing Xiang Enterprises Private Limited.
Joining our group in 2005, she has held key positions in the Finance, Human Resource and Administration departments in the Billsea Group to gain a thorough understanding of the company¡¯s operations.
